Dr Chris Tuckett – Chief Officer Strategy and Impact

The main responsibilities of this post are to:

• Lead delivery of 'Together for Nature', optimising impact for people, biodiversity and nature.
  
  
• Establish and strengthen relationships with Joint Committee, and senior stakeholders across the four countries of the UK, the UK Government, Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies, and internationally.
  
  
• Lead JNCC’s science programmes, with accountability for delivery of strategic priorities, annual business plan targets and key performance indicators.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement in business processes, including portfolio/programme/project management.
  
  
• Champion learning and development to support JNCC in becoming a learning organisation.
  
  
• Sponsor delivery of JNCC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Action Plan.
