Michelle Fulford – Director of People and Infrastructure

 

The main responsibilities of the post are to:

• Direct and Lead the People, Infrastructure and Operational Services teams to ensure alignment with the Together for Nature Strategy.
  
  
• Provide strategic advice to the Executive Team and Committees on Human Resources and operational services.
  
  
• Collaborate with technical experts to drive IT projects and initiatives.
  
  
• Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  
  
• Drive a culture of inclusion, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation.
