Involving People in Geodiversity 2005

Abstract

The ‘Earth heritage: World heritage’ conference was held in Dorset in 2004. The conference included a two-day workshop that discussed how to involve people in geodiversity, and provided an opportunity for delegates to share experience and best practice through the presentation and discussion of case studies and examples.

The conclusions of the workshop are presented in this publication, and illustrated with a range of case studies. This publication serves as a useful guide to help those involved in, or who would like to be involved in, 'involving people in geodiversity'.
