JNCC Gender Pay Gap Report 2022 to 2023 2024

Abstract

Gender Pay Gap legislation, introduced in April 2017, requires all public sector employers of 250 or more employees to publish their gender pay gap annually for workers in scope as of 31 March. JNCC reached this size for the first time in March 2022.

This report provides gender pay gap information for JNCC for the year ending 31 March 2023. As this is the second year that JNCC has reached the threshold for reporting, it is our first opportunity to review progress.
