Integrating Tools for Air Pollution Assessment (ITAPA) Stakeholder Workshop Report 2020

Abstract

JNCC held stakeholder workshops in May 2020 to discuss adapting the Dutch AERIUS air pollution tool suite for use in the UK. If implemented, these tools would offer a streamlined way for users to register the air pollution associated with their infrastructure, as well as for the relevant authorities to make decisions on granting developments. There were multiple workshops ranging across specific sub-topics, including the data handling as well as underlying air pollution policy.

The report contains a summary of the workshops and lessons learnt. The appendices to the report are available separately:
