Collaborative approach to managing impacts of coral disease / Coral Conservation in the Overseas Territories Working Group (C-COT): Project leaflet 2022

Abstract

The 'Collaborative approach to managing impacts of coral disease' project, funded through Darwin Plus, establishes the Coral Conservation in the Overseas Territories Working Group (C-COT) (formerly known as the Collaborative Coral Reef Working Group (CCRWG)) as a collaborative partnership between government representatives, NGOs, and wider stakeholders from Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Montserrat and the Turks and Caicos Islands. C-COT was piloted in 2020 with Defra funding, and proved effective in facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange.

A brief high-level summary of the project is provided in this summary leaflet.
